Pete Hill formed the company PJL Hygienic Systems Ltd. in 2003, after working within the food industry for 20 years.
Since then PJL has been working with many companies both within and without the food sector.
Some projects of note, were working for APV, to fabricate and install two pasteuriser plants, at Wiseman Dairy in Bridgwater, and, working with DAN TEAM, a Danish contract company, supplying APV. Anhydro. The project was to fabricate and install stainless steel pipe work for a milk evaporator plant in Aspatria, Cumbria. Another major client is Gerber Juice, now Refresco, in Bridgwater. Currently we have been working at various Yeo Valley sites both on the maintenance of their production lines but also installation work and with a growing business, Good Hemp at their processing plant in Devon. Equally, we are happy to assist small concerns on ‘one off’ projects and bespoke work to your own design. We have carried out a number of such projects such as building a hog roaster and also working for several local bee keepers and bee keeping organisations. One of which, a honey separator, won a prize for innovation at the Royal Bath and West Show.
PJL. Can carry out work anywhere in the UK.
